Mani Ratnam’s historical epic continues to break the records, and have broke the record as it crosses 100 crore club in just 5 days after release. The Pan India film which is also a multi starrer film including Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Chiyaan Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Trisha, Sobhita Dhulipala, and Prakash Raj has now become the fasts 100 crore movie in Tamil Nadu.
This information of being the fastest Tamil film as 100 crore film was shared by the Production house of this film on their social media on Thursday, and captioned it as “Fastest 100+ crore grosser in Tamil Nadu, #PS1 – Breaking records, one at a time!”.

The film is so far loved by every audience and recommended to watch, the film already broke the records on the weekend it was released as it earned 69.19Crore in the 1st weekend of its release and now just within 5 days of its release it has broke not only the records of regional films in the country, but also the record of other Bollywood movies.
