As 27th of September is observed as World Tourism day day, Congress took a swipe at PM Modi by wishing him a happy journey by posting pictures of PM Modi on his several official foreign trips with caption ” Wish PM Modi a Happy #WorldTourismDay Must be fun jet setting around the world in that expensive plane of yours!
